• On Thursday my friend from Hawks Bay, Silver, came down (and pretty much turned up at 9am). I was supposed to get up at 6:30am to go to tech that morning but my alarm failed to go off and I slept in. now seeing as I'd slept in and it was about 8:30 I decided it wasn't worth the time and effort of going to that class (the times are ridicules and I want the old times back). So yeah silver set all his stuff up and then later on Byron (Condom Fairy) showed up and blah blah we played games and shared files and did all that happy pirating thing that geeks do cos its a waste of money buying stuff if you're not going to keep it :P (yeah yeah I know pirating is bad but hell how am I to learn to use software if I have to save up thousands to buy it? doesn't make sense to me). That night I got drunk and pissed off a bunch of people (Sorry Lida and Tait).
• Friday I woke up and didn't go to IN200 (oh dear) and I forgot that the storyboard assignment was due in that day... and I found out on Monday that it was so yeah I spent Monday night writing it up and handed it in on Tuesday but I'll get to that later.
• The whole weekend I spent playing games and getting shouted at by my mother and getting really pissed off with everyone in general and yeah it wasn't a good time and even my meds didn't help... but I sorted it all out and I was fine after that.
• Monday I went in to tech and went to DB200 and was working away when all of a sudden it started smelling really bad of gas... which ISN'T a good thing... the alarms went off soon after and the C and B blocks got evacuated while the gas company came to see what happened... they found that the idiot road workers had ripped out a WHOLE gas line and it was spraying out like hell... the funny thing is that they just kept on working... with a digger.... one spark and yeah well they should all be fired...erm.. not literally... ah gees it was just stupid.
• Tuesday (today) I went into tech and wrote the beginnings of my draft for my case study on the NZ Post. I explained to my tutor that I had 60 pages of information and charts to sort out and deal with so he was cool with that and yeah now I can spend the holidays working on that and my other assignments.

OK so that was for the past few days... as for tomorrow and Thursday and then the holidays? well tomorrow I have to hand in a report on Data Normalisation and ERD for DB200 and I don't want to! Heh but I will and yeah... I haven't quite finished it yet but I'm getting there. need to make some more little diagrams and write some more nonsense and that should be good enough. on Thursday I'm going to go in for PR115 and get my assignments and then pretty much go home and pack my bags for the trip up north.

HOLIDAYS!$@%#@$

Heh that got your attention! well for many people the holidays mean that they're going to go away and have fun and party and stuff like that... and for me there isn't any difference. I'm going up to see some family friends and stay at their nice big mansion for a little while...they get great views and have their own private beach... as well as a decent swimming pool so yeah... I'll be set! one thing I have to ask them before I go up is if I can bring my computer to work on while I'm up there... ah wells I'll ask tomorrow.

that's all for now but hopefully the next post will be when I'm up north and on my computer... I'll throw in some webcam pics to show you all what I'm up to ;)

UPDATE!

Well today was rather boring again... The edge radio showed up once more to see if there were more students who would so some more stupid things for Tui gear... Not many people hung around to watch this time. Went to class and handed in my DB200 Report for Normalisation and ERD and showed the tutor in GD100 that I could make an animated gif in Photoshop/image ready.

Tomorrow I leave for the coromandle, but alas I cannot take my computer. but that's ok I'll be sure to take photos on the digital camera and post them up here as soon as I get back with a nice big old update about the things I did :). So yeah I've got my bag all packed and just checking off things I need to take : Dress pants and shirt incase I go out, swimsuit for the beach and swimming pool and spa, erm.. what else? got dress shoes and my normal shoes... sweater, bunch of t-shirts, toothbrush and blah blah. ah wells I'm sure as soon as I get there I'll remember some more.

so yeah I'll try my best to keep you all posted on what's been going on but no promises until I get back... not sure I'll be using the comp much up there.

Well here I am at tech just being bored in general and doing some homework and class work and stuff. I'm slightly pissed off though cos the stupid network administrators have seem to have disabled ftp uploading... Which sucks because I can't edit my website directly from tech meaning that I have to EMAIL myself the updates when I think of them and then do it when I get home... very stupid. ANY-hoo I've been rather busy this week so far... Done quite a lot with the new website with Chris (still got some problems but we're figuring it out...I need to remake the middle table) and you can see it HERE. I spent last night being a little hypo :) I did my homework and talked to my friend Amanda on the phone for a while and then talked to Lida heaps more and that's always cool :). But then I had to go to bed cos I was tired :( ah wells.

Hmm what else have I been up to... Erm not too much really... just going to tech... walking around aimlessly with a stupid look on my face ([8-Þ), and then buggering off home to sit on my computer and chat to people (and update my super cool website).

Oooh I know what I should do... I'll write a bit about things that piss me off!

• Little kids in confined populated spaces. e.g. At the super market, on a train in peak traffic, AT TECH WHERE PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO STUDY...
• People who don't turn their cellphones off in the movies/class/library.
• People who are rude and demand things (this is one of the worst...you'll see :P).
   

FOR EXAMPLE! Old people who demand respect with that stupid old saying "Have respect for your elders".

My response? NOT UNLESS YOU GIVE ME A REASON TO RESPECT YOU. AGE DOES NOT GIVE YOU RESPECT.

Also people who are rude to employees serving them in shops... e.g.

Lady goes in to buy something...
Shop assistant POLITELY asks how her day has been...
Lady tells her to shut up and put the stuff in the bag and then makes a rude comment to the other shop assistant about nosey people who shouldn't be working in such a "upper class" establishment...

I mean FFS lady its called being polite...

Now you've gone and got me all pissed off... This here sledgehammer is gonna say "HI!" in a very intimate way with your head... I'll be sure to kick dirt on your grave and run over your dog on the way home...

And what's the bet your dog's name is something stupid like "Pookie" or "Shnookums" or "Shnookie-Pookie-Ralphy-Poo" or some other idiotic OLD LADY term. Jeez why can't they just get a decent dog like a Scottish Waterhound or a Great Dane and name it a respectable name like "ROVER" or "CHARLIE" or "BIG GIANT HAIRY BEAST THAT WILL BITE OFF YOUR LEG AND BURY IT IN THE BACKYARD"? Ah wells you win some and you lose some... But I mainly win them cos I got the sledgehammer.

hmmm what else pisses me off? I'll have to think about that but I'm sure I can find stuff (note to all people who don't know me... I don't usually rant on about these things... just in an irritable mood at the moment) .

oh I just thought of another one!

• myself for having started using "emoticons" a lot recently... I don't know what started it because I hate them. Evil me *SMACK!*.

ok well that should be enough for now. I'll write some more things later when I can think of them but for now I'm going to write an update for my tech work.

OK added more:
Got GD100 now and next I have DB200 (HELP MEEEEEEE!!!) and yeah I have to hand in my work sheet so I can get marks :P other than that I don't have much of an interesting day today but I am looking forward to going home, having some dinner, talking to Lida and sleeeeeeeping! Heh.

OK now I can't think of anything more to write so I'll piss off now and write more later :)

• On Wednesday night (I think... Can't remember), Chris came around to do some web-dev and go to a job interview in the morning in the Hutt (I went to bed early so we didn't do any work on the site :P)
• Thursday, Chris and I did some web development on the new site (HERE) and it looks bloody awesome! Well you can't really do anything with it other than log in but we've been setting up the admin side of it. Chris buggered off to Debs's place for the night (another job interview but in Porirua or something)
• Friday I left IN200 a bit early cos wasn't learning anything new and Michelle (a girl from class) was going home too so I asked if I could get a ride with her and that was all cool and everything (she does stuff for a TV/production company and that's leet!).
• Ra (my flat mate) buggered off home to Levin for the weekend.
• Chris and Debs came back and we mucked around doing a mix of webdev, IRC geekage and being bored :P Then I kicked 'em out and spent the night talking to Lida and drinking.

So yeah I've had a pretty busy week! Heh, I should really update this site more often but I've been working on the other one with Chris a bit...well when we don't slack off.

Ah wells no pluggage for tonight! Seeya.

OOPS! OK so I forgot to write on Friday and over the weekend so I'm going to update you all now. Hmmm, things that happened... WELL!

• On Friday I didn't do anything...went to tech... Finished up my IN200 Assignment (OK OK so I pretty much did the WHOLE THING in class....but shhhh no telling!).
• On Saturday me, Alli, Ra, and Mumsie flea bombed the house and so we went out to see a movie (saw oceans's eleven and it was damn good IMHO) and had lunch.
• Then my friend Sarah came round and we went to her friend's 21st Birthday (which was fun and everything except I didn't know anyone).
• Sunday... Nothing at all... Woke up on the floor in Sarah's living room, had a shower, got a ride home, sat infront of my computer and played LAN games with Ra and our buddy Byron (CondomFairy, Lil Bitch, etc).

Then there was Monday...

• Woke up at 7:20am, Ra comes in to steal my webcam for something or other, say "Nah, I aint going nowhere!", go back to sleep... I know I'm naughty but I was REALLY tired... Maybe cos I was up all Sunday night working? HMMMM?

So yeah that was the last four days that I forgot to write on! Didn't I just have an exciting weekend? Hehe well I actually did quite like the 21st party... Hadn't seen Sarah in ages and I met some interesting people so it was pretty cool.

Alrighty that's pretty much my update for today. Might do some more later at tech... We'll see.

What happened today:

• The Edge Radio came back for more and spent the lunch break torturing our poor foolhardy fellow students for the reward of various Tui merchandise... Which isn't a bad thing cos Tui is just plain good beer! (PS. JOIN THE TUI CLUB!). While the radio people were at tech they brought themselves a "Foam Cannon" and where spraying the quad with it... which is all fine and dandy... even made a few unsuspecting students cover themselves in foam (and literally roll in the big foam puddle... Which isn't so good for that girl who was wearing a white shirt and bra... And no I wasn't looking that hard! She was right in front of me damnit! Ah wells it was funny... The things people do for a bit of clothing.... Ha-ha I was going to but I wussed out. :(
• Had a mock test in PR115 which I did ok on... Got just as many questions right as the rest of the class except maybe Benny cos he's good at picking it up (a geek but he's cool). <---- For all those that haven't figured it out yet... I'm a geek too ;)
• Went home, paid rent, now sitting here on my comp talking to people and writing this (oh and a bit of homework I guess... I need to slap together an essay on a few things: WAIS/Gopher/WWW/Hyper-G; Information Integrity online; Secure online transactions; Two current issues concerning the internet; and the legal issues of copyright, privacy act, libel, and fair use with regard to information that is available online. Yay...)

Ah wells that's my day for you. I'll do another one tomorrow. I really need to get the other site up and running and finished so I can just update all this at tech or where ever so I don't miss out on adding stuff. (plus then Ii don't have to be the only one who writes stuff here.

What happened today:

• The Edge Radio talkies people showed up today and gave out free stuff....i scored me a ghey looking cellphone holder (waterproof and it floats in pools etc or something) and i got me some free stickers, condoms (wildberry flavoured) and strawberry sundae" Life-Savers.
• GD100 where i am now
• Got DB200 next and i don't wanna go.

So yeah its been an alright day but im feeling REAL tired today...prolly cos i haven't eaten much at all but bah i can't be bothered... i should have scored some of the free sausages at lunch time but i was too busy perving at all the chicks ;) nah not really...didn't hang around long. i WAS going to set my hand on fire so i could get a free hat but i couldn't find a can of lynx to do it with so i missed out :( and it was a cool tui hat too *super-pout*.

well thats my day so far so imma just plug some peeps.
